We have recently installed Micros Fidelio’s Suite 8 Solution in to the Wordsworth Hotel Grasmere. Suite 8 is a relatively new solution to the UK market but is used widely in the rest of Europe.
The Wordsworth Hotel had a number of requirements in which it needed to ensure could be satisfied with the selected property management solution.
Speed, functionality, reporting and channel management combined defined the prerequisites for a new Property Management solution.
With the hotel having looked at a number of solutions Suite 8 on this occasion best suited the Wordsworth Hotels requirements delivering rich functionality, reporting and Channel Management via Rate Tigers Channel Manager with the ability to deliver rates to channels chosen by the hotel.
