Buckatree Hall Hotel Telford choose Opera PMS

The Buckatree Hall Hotel, Telford had a requirement to maintain continuity and therefore choose to install Opera PMS in to the recently purchased hotel.

The required a complete system implementation, including New Computers, Servers and and software, guest Wifi need to be installed swiftly so as to remove the old solution which provided Wifi to guest on a chargeable basis.

E-marketing had to be setup, trained and implemented so as to drive business to the hotel now under a major refurbishment plan.

A temporary website had to be designed and hosted whilst a more substantial presence could be designed and created once the major refurbishment is complete.

We have recently installed Micros Fidelio’s Suite 8 Solution in to the Wordsworth Hotel Grasmere. Suite 8 is a relatively new solution to the UK market but is used widely in the rest of Europe.

The Wordsworth Hotel had a number of requirements in which it needed to ensure could be satisfied with the selected property management solution. Speed, functionality, reporting and channel management combined defined the prerequisites for a new Property Management solution.

With the hotel having looked at a number of solutions Suite 8 on this occasion best suited the Wordsworth Hotels requirements delivering rich functionality, reporting and Channel Management via Rate Tigers Channel Manager with the ability to deliver rates to channels chosen by the hotel.
