Will entail Three on-site visits per year where equipment
will be assessed and documented if not done so already.
File servers will be checked to ensure the latest patches
and program updates have been loaded, anti virus software
will be checked and updated as necessary. Printers and
other consumables will be checked and ensure that they
are functioning correctly, if any equipment is in need
of future investment or replacement then this will be
included in the detailed site report which will be issued
on completion of each site visit.
